ZXspecialsteel choose different size forging hammer for different ingot size,and different heating temperature for different grades. And we do upsetting and forging for bigger forging ratio and finer grain size & inside structure.
Professional spheroidizing annealing to make finer grain size and inside structure of material.Quenching and tempering is available.
We offer rough machining including turning,peeling,milling surface of material.Usual tolerance is for round bars:-0/+1~2mm,for flat bars: thickness -0/+1~2mm,width -0/+2~3mm as you required.
